Valtticard

Valtticard is an electronic personal ID card in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act, which also serves as a key to the site. Valtticard contains all the information required by the Health and Safety at Work Act: a photo, the person’s name, tax number and employer’s details.

Valtticard is an excellent choice and a great multi-purpose badge for construction sites. In addition to being a personal identification number at the construction site, the card is used for access control and as a proof of professional qualifications. In addition, the eIntroduction you have completed is also available directly on the Valtticard.

In addition, the smart card has a barcode and RFID tag, so it can also be read electronically.

Valtticard costs 50,00€ (incl. VAT). You can also pay for the Valtticard by invoice 55,00€ (incl. VAT).

Work like this

To order a Valtticard through us, you must be registered as a private person, register here and make a strong authentication.
Check that you are registered in the public tax number register. You can only order a Valtticard if you are registered.
If no entry has been made, you can make an entry yourself in the tax number register.

Photo guide for Valtticard

The phototo be added to the Valtticard should meet at least the following requirements:

A face shot taken directly from the front, similar to the passport photo
Head in the centre of the frame and face and shoulders perpendicular to the camera
Background monochrome
The face must be clearly distinguishable from the background
File format jpg, png or gif
Image size less than 500 kb
Aspect ratio 3:4

Photo contrast/greyscale

A person can get lost in the background if the face and background are too similar in colour. For a person’s image, quality has a lot to do with the functionality of the laser in the print shop. The laser only recognises 256 shades of grey and is particularly dependent on contrast. There should be enough contrast and grey tones in the image. If necessary, you can edit the image with an image editor or take a new image where the tones stand out better. Each order of Valtticard is subjected to a quality control check to ensure that the image quality is adequate. If the image quality is not sufficient, you will receive a notification by email.
